Der Titel des Blogs ist die Klammer um alle Themen, um die es sich hier dreht: Le Gourmand , der Feinschmecker, doch eher der feinschmeckende Vielfra , der Geniesser, der von allem mglichst viel aufnimmt. Nein, nicht der, der den Hals nicht voll bekommt – so ja nun auch wieder nicht.

Je suis Gourmand – und ich, Gtz A. Primke , bin auerdem Restaurantfachmann, Dipl.-Betriebswirt (FH) und freier Journalist. Diese Mischung steht nicht nur fr mein Leben, sondern auch fr mein Arbeiten.
